Self aligning roller bearing is especially suitable for the occasion of inclination caused by improper installation or shaft deformation.

According to the different service conditions and bearing sizes, Nobel made adjustable bearings. There are many kinds of designs and materials for roller bearings.

Table 1 shows the structural design of roller, ring flange and cage of noble self-aligning roller bearing.

Self aligning roller bearings can bear radial and axial loads.

① For the case of bearing large axial load, the axial load fa / FR shall not be greater than the radial load of E. If the axial load fa / FR > e, please contact Nobel Engineer for help in design.

② If the bearing is used for variable load (such as vibrating screen) or high speed applications, please contact nobeli Engineer for design assistance.

③ At very low load or no load, the bearing will be damaged by sliding. In order to avoid this phenomenon, the bearing minimum load must be greater than 0.02cr (basic rated dynamic load).
